Slate Salon & Spa Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are especially important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request AT LEAST 48 HOURS’ NOTICE for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

All Hair color appointments or services scheduled for 1.5 hours+ require a valid credit card to book and hold your appointment. If a Credit Card cannot be supplied 50% of the scheduled service must be pre-paid.

*Your pre-payment will be deducted from your service total at the end of your scheduled appointment*

A credit card deposit is required to hold dual appointments.

Any services Cancelled or Rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the original booked service. This will be charged to your credit card on file or will be added to your next Salon/Spa visit.

NO SHOW. Last minute cancellations, no show appointments or rescheduling on the day of the appointment may be subject to full payment of the service.

Appointments made within a 24-hour period and are needing to cancel MUST CANCEL 4 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

If two or more appointments in a row are cancelled or rescheduled last minute (48 hours or less) the client will no longer be able to pre-book appointments.

Confirmation Emails/Texts

As a courtesy, we will email, text or phone you to confirm your appointment prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly discuss the issues within 5 days of your appointment. Extension purchases are final sale.
